We ship internationally. The shipment costs are regardless of the number of ordered pieces: 1. Standard shipment within Canada via Canada Post Lettermail (no tracking) – 3 CAD 2. Shipment via registered mail with a tracking number within Canada – 13 CAD 3. Standard shipping to other countries via Canada Post Lettermail (no tracking) – 6 CAD Please make sure it is legal to ship seeds to your country before you order. Sorry, we can not be responsible for seeds seized by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs or tax office.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please let us know via orders@raretomatoseeds.ca within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help. We’re always glad to review any concerns and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we truly want you to enjoy growing our seeds.

Seeds are packaged in resealable zip bags, with the quantity indicated in each variety’s description.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

No — there is no minimum order. You’re welcome to order as many as you’d like. As a thank-you, every 10 packets ordered includes one free bonus variety.

To prevent unwanted cross-pollination, we protect tomato flowers from flying insects by carefully covering them with organza bags. This ensures that seeds are collected from true-to-type plants and remain genetically pure.

Payment Options

How do I pay for my order?

PayPal (Credit / Debit Cards)

All payments on our website are securely processed through PayPal.

  • When you place an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
  • A PayPal account is not required — you can pay using your credit or debit card.
  • After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from
    orders@raretomatoseeds.ca.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.


Interac e-Transfer (Canada only)

If you prefer to pay via Interac e-Transfer, please contact us before sending payment.

Email orders@raretomatoseeds.ca and include the following information:

  • List of items you want to order
  • Quantity of each item
  • Your shipping address
  • Your email address
  • Your postal code (to calculate shipping cost)

Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm that the seeds are in stock before sending an e-Transfer.
Once availability and total cost (including shipping) are confirmed, we will provide you with payment instructions.

If you completed your payment but did not receive a confirmation email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated emails are filtered there.
  2. Make sure you entered your email address correctly during checkout.
  3. Wait a few minutes — occasionally email delivery can be slightly delayed.

If you still cannot find it, please contact us at orders@raretomatoseeds.ca and include:

  • The name used for the order
  • The email address entered at checkout
  • The approximate date and time of purchase
