The fruits are impressive, irregular hearts, slightly ribbed, weighing 250–500 g, with some reaching up to 1 kg under the right conditions. Absolutely no cracking, even after heavy rains! The flesh is dense and meaty, with very few seeds or gel — perfect for making rich sauces or paste. The flavor is deep, sweet, and full-bodied.
